Because of the influx of job outsourcing to Asia, some countries, like the Philippines and India, have grown exponentially in this field. From call centers to SEO to everything else tech and the Internet, Asians have grown in their competencies and in their expertise in technology and the Internet.
Bratyfly houses Lois Sergio’s blog, her personal online journal, which reflects her keenness in creating web templates and her personal taste in web design. In her main website, she also has her portfolio and a gallery to boot.
Lois Sergio is a tech support agent moonlighting as a web designer. Much like most of us in this industry, actually.
Her portfolio is pretty impressive and extensive, but her blogs are equally so. Banter about tech, web design and other passions of hers fill her blogs pages.
If her blog is any proof of her skill and talent in both web design and possibly even her copywriting skills (I’m not sure if she’s a copywriter too), then hop on over to her blog. If you want to hire her, there are links there anyway.
I’m featuring her here because I am proud of Filipino and Asian talent. PLUS, it’s always sexy and kick-butt to read about a girl who can be a techie, and yet still keep her gurliness. 😉

Encrypted user_pass in SQL
This sounds so funny. I forgot the admin password in the wordpress I have installed in my local server. Although I can access the database and see the login information, but the password is encrypted. Thanks to boo! I save a lot of time. He suggested that I copy my encrypted password in bratyfly.com and paste it in the user_pass row in my local database. Problem resolved. I can now continue working.

I went back to Power MAC Center in Greenbelt today. I was hoping I could get a transparent keyboard shield. It was out of stock the last time I visit, and I was still unlucky today. So I got myself a white keyboard protection shield instead. It cost me PhP 1,400. More expensive than the transparent one but i’ts definitely worth it. It’s smooth and soft to touch and beautifully fits Macy. It can keep a dirt, fluid, food and other junks out.
